The M.S. in Education with a focus on Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment is designed especially for practicing K-12 teachers who intend to remain in the classroom and gain the expertise to interpret standards and select classroom curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessments that align with those standards in order to improve their students' performance. Walden's M.S.Ed. program is offered through The Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership, named for the former Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education.
