The Master of Arts in Managerial Communication prepares you to assess complex business challenges and implement innovative solutions. This 36-credit hour program, offered online, prepares you to negotiate mutually supported solutions to interpersonal workplace conflicts, assess individual and organizational ethical issues and their impact when making decisions, integrate communications technology for rapidly changing business environments, and more. You'll complete a 24-credit core, which provides key individual and organizational communication skills and knowledge, and then choose a 12-credit concentration from one of several disciplines to complete an interdisciplinary degree with career flexibility. The Human Resource Management concentration will give you a broad-based and detailed understanding of employment issues and human resource functions. Topics range from recruitment and selection to compensation and human resource law in addition to the analysis and resolution of organizational issues. |
