The Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies (BSLS) is an undergraduate liberal studies program that combines content and pedagogical preparation required for multiple subject credential candidates. Field experiences are integrated throughout the program, with a culminating student teaching experience. The program and field experiences are designed to emphasize mastery of state standards with ongoing assessment to measure candidate competency. This undergraduate degree program has a 63-credit major course of study. In addition, students must satisfy general education and elective requirements to meet the 120-credit minimum required for completion of the degree.
