The B.S. in Information Technology program will help you gain the combined technical, managerial, and organizational skills information technology employers seek. Study the information systems essential to virtually all organizations, participate in hands-on lab activities that encourage collaboration and problem-solving, and take the opportunity to learn to use resources to satisfy current and anticipated IT needs. In this concentration you will: study ways to write, test, debug, and maintain source code to meet a business application's requirements; explore various methods of testing during the software-development process; and study methods used to evaluate, design, and improve human-computer interfaces. |
